Real estate is about more than property.
Clear plan. Straight answers. Follow-through. Scott leads the Scott Jolley Team with Fathom Realty — a working business coach who runs his clients' transactions the way he teaches other agents to run theirs: honest numbers, clear commitments, and real follow-through.

An advisor for the decisions that matter most
Scott Jolley is a real estate agent in Cedar City, Utah, and leads the Scott Jolley Team with Fathom Realty. He helps buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families make clear, confident decisions across Cedar City, Enoch, Parowan, Iron County, and Southern Utah.
Licensed in real estate sales since 2015, Scott came to the industry after a career that included mortgage lending, insurance, and six years as President & CEO of the Cedar City Area Chamber of Commerce. That background gives him a working understanding of financing, risk, and the local business community that most agents learn the hard way.
Since 2019, Scott has also been a business coach with Tom Ferry International, one of the most recognized coaching organizations in real estate. Each week he coaches 15 to 20 agents from across the United States on mindset, profitability, business growth, and building new profit centers. His coaching is built on accountability and execution: agents leave every session with specific commitments, and he follows up on them.
He holds his own business to the same standard. Every client starts with a written plan built around their goals and timeline, gets pricing grounded in what actually sold, and hears straight answers even when the news isn't what they hoped for. Coaching agents nationally keeps him current on what's working in markets across the country, and he brings that perspective home to Southern Utah clients.
Scott's work rests on four pillars: follow-through, honesty, growth, and success in both finances and relationships. His guiding rule is that it's better to be kind than to be right.
Scott and his wife, Kourtney, have been married since 2003 and are raising three sons in Cedar City. He is the head coach of the Cedar High School boys lacrosse program and helps with the Cedar High wrestling team.
